I like El Paso. Mostly I like the story, the tempo, and how Jerry jams all the way through it.

BTW can be kinda lame, but I rarely skip it. What hurts it for me is that there really isn't any jam to speak of.

Around and Around is usually somewhat of a letdown, though it often pays off if you stick with it.

El Paso, a bit like M&MU, just got old for me...Bob sings the other cowboy tunes like BIron better I always thought since he cant do Robbins on Paso but can with BIron...

I really like the 70s shows with marmaduke harmonizing on M&MU to break it up a bit, mamatried too.

I think my fav of the group though is Contract with Torbert...perfect tone for the story, vocal and guitar wise...

Like snowandrain I have to say that I like El Paso, I think it's a great song. I do agree with you that Bobby definitely can't do Marty - but I'm right with s'n'r in loving the way Garcia's guitar just dances through it.
